Our Services

Nursing Care

Individualized care sometimes requires the skills of a trained nurse. People with needs like routine medication administration, catheters, feeding tubes, ostomies, or wound management may benefit from nursing care.

We evaluate your specific needs and establish a plan to help manage your care. From there, our nurses will regularly assess your nursing needs, update your plan, and report progress to other members of your care team.

Personal Care

Personal Care Assistants are trained to help you safely complete activities of daily living in your environment.

Activities of daily living include assistance with tasks like eating, ambulation, home management, and personal hygiene like bathing. While at home, we can also offer assistance with medically related activities like taking vital signs and and offering medication reminders. Our Personal Care Assistants offer additional peace of mind as we are trained CPR and basic first aid providers.

Sitter Care

Sitters are a great option for younger individuals who benefit from one-to-one support to achieve independence during activities of daily living.

Our sitters are here to help support your independence at home or while out in the community. We help with tasks like meal preparation, safety, transportation, and we are trained to handle medical emergencies in your home.

Companion Care

Community is vital to individual health. A companion can help you stay active in your community, and maybe even help you expand your current network.

Our companions are here to help support your independence. We help with tasks like meal preparation, home safety, transportation, and escorting you in the community. We understand the special characteristics and needs of individuals with disabilities, elderly, and convalescing individuals. Best of all, we are trained to handle medical emergencies in your home.

Respite Care

We’re better together. Respite services aim to support primary caregivers by offering them temporary relief from their caregiving duties, reducing stress and burnout while ensuring that the care recipient's needs are still met.

Post-Hospitalization Care

Continuum of support and services provided to individuals after they have been discharged from a hospital. This care is crucial for ensuring a smooth transition from the hospital setting back to the individual's home and community environment and promoting their recovery and well-being.
